Places Covered: Hadimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Club House, Vashisht
Springs, Manurishi Temple.
Hadimba Temple- Built in 1550 A.D. in a forest grove, the temple is
fouriered with Pagoda shaped roof and the front door covered with figures
and symbols. Dedicated to legend of Hadimba, wife of Bhim of the
Mahabharata.
Tibetan Monastery-A small monastery in a peaceful veering image of
Lord Buddha and some exquisite tankhas. The location is famous for carpet
weaving and Tibetan Handicrafts.
The Club House - A beautiful modern building, surrounded by lawns
and a host of recreational activities like racquet games, billiards,
shopping, skating rings and children game parks.
Vashist Springs- Famous for the hot water sulphur springs, temple of
Vashist Rishi and Lord Rama.
Manu Rishi Temple- Located at old Manali village, this the only
temple of Manu who is the great Hindu law giver.

Places Covered: Nehru Kund, Solang Valley, Kothi, Gulaba Camp, Rahla Fall,
Marhi, Rani Nala, Rohtang Pass.
Nehru Kund- Located 6 Km. From Manali, this is a Cold water spring
named after the Late Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. The legend
says that the water at the spring has healing qualities.
Solang Valley- A beautiful Picnic spot, with lush meadows surrounded
by silver oak trees and a panoramic view of the snow clad mountains and
facilities for pony rides for children and for the young at heart and all at
just 45 mts. away from Manali town.
Kothi- Located 15 Km. From town, this a sight of a bridge that
provides an interesting episode in the early annals of Kullu.
Gulaba Camp- Located 20 Km from Manali, the valley is a popular
picnic and photography spot and is called a mini-'Valley of Flowers".
Rahla Fall & Rani Nala- Both Located 46 Km. From Manali, this is
a glacier point with snow year round.
Rohtang Pass- 51 Km. from Manali, this is the highest point on the
highway connecting the Kullu Valley to Keylong. The location offers skiing,
trekking opportunity with a highest altitude of 4112 meters. The pass
affords a wide spread Panoramic view of the mountain serenity, almost
directly opposite the well defined Sonepani Glacier slightly left to the
twin peaks of the Geypan.
(Manali-Naggar) Duration - Half Day Places Covered:
Jagatsukh Temple, Naggar Castle, Roerich Art Gallery.
Jagatsukh Temple- Famous Shiva temple in Shikhara style and an
interesting old temple of Gyatri Devi and Sharvali created by the Pandavas.
Naggar Castle- The castle was the old capital of Kullu and built by
Raja Bhosal.
Roerich Art Gallery- An art gallery housed in the Naggar castle with
paintings of the famous Russian artist Nicholas Roerich.
(Manali-Manikaran) Duration- Full Day Plalllllces Covered:
Vaishno Temple, Angora Rabbit Farm, Kullu Shawls Weaving Industy, Kasol
Valley, Manikaran.
Manikaran- Located about 105 Km. from Manali. Famous for its hot
water springs, a well known Pilgrimage place on account of ancient Hindu
temple and a Gurudwara.
